Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of order subject to receipt of payment and availability of stock.. For small non breakable items, jigs and poppers, Post Office “counter to counter” deliveries are normally used, with delivery in 3-5 days. For high value items like rods and reels, Post Net Courier Services “to your door” next day delivery are used. Where smaller items (excluding jigs and poppers) are included in the order for a rod or reel these are included in the Post Net delivery for no extra charge. Once your order is despatched you will receive an email with tracking information where applicable.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt and let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will issue a Merchandise Return Number together with details of the return address. Returned goods cannot be accepted without this number and must be returned unused in undamaged original sealed packaging and in resaleable condition. Your money less a 10% handling fee will be refunded. Shipping costs for returned items are for your account.
